Cakes or Cupcakes Flavour :
- to be discussed with the clients
Design and Decorations :
- to be discussed during design development with the clients on his/her requirements and ideas.
Prices :
- Cakes and Cupcakes prices will be quoted on case by case basis based on the following criteria :
1 - Designs and Decorations Complexity
2 - Packaging
3 - Cake Flavour
4 - Order Quantity
Bookings :
- Preferably minimum 6 months before the event (subject to bookings availability)
- For large quantity cupcakes order and special events cakes, it is highly recommended to have enough time to discuss and develop the clients requirements in detail to ensure that the clients get what he/she wished for to have on their Special Day
Payments and Deposits :
- Payment can be made either cash or via maybank2U
- Once confirmed, 50% Deposit payment shall be made in advance within 3 days after Customer Confirmation. Deposits are not refundable. No cancellation terms.
- Remaining 50% payment to be paid upon delivery
Other Terms :
- Delivery Terms : Depending on the Volume of Orders, Delivery Charges will be quoted separately.
